What makes Jeff different?
A Business education - I have been trained to draw conclusions from mass amounts of data. My years of training in marketing research (B.Com, UBC) have left me with analysis tools that better enable me to utilize the information available to all Realtors. Thus, my advice is grounded in reality by local statistics and then adjusted appropriately for future trends.
An Education attitude - Let me be up front with the fact that I do not consider myself a “salesperson”. I am not out to convince anybody to do anything. Actually, I prefer to be viewed as a Real Estate coach, somebody who can guide you through the complexities of any transaction. I don't believe I've prepared you properly until you are aware of and fully understand all your options.
The advice you need - I am committed to giving advice with your best interest in mind. I’ll always be polite, but please understand that I will give you my honest opinion. As a Buyer, if you are overlooking the faulty foundation of your “dream home”, I will make myself heard. As a Seller, I’ll tell you if I think there’s a better offer on the way, but I’ll also tell you if I think your asking price is too high.
Basically, I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. I will give you my honest opinion even if it’s not what you want to hear because I know that down the road this kind of open communication will save us time, money, and a lot of stress and inconvenience.
